Study Melbourne Hub — free support for every student
The Study Melbourne Hub is a Victorian Government-funded resource dedicated to international students. All services are completely free and confidential. As a Concord student, you are welcome to use the Hub at any time.
Services at the Study Melbourne Hub
Student Services Team
Free and confidential advice on financial hardship, accommodation issues, mental health and wellbeing, employment, legal questions, and problems with your education provider. Staff speak many languages and many were international students themselves.
ISEALS — Free Legal Advice
The International Student Employment and Accommodation Legal Service provides free, independent, and confidential legal advice on employment and accommodation issues. Available in person, by phone, or online. Delivered in partnership with JobWatch, Victoria Legal Aid, and community legal centres.

Free one-on-one employment support delivered by the Migrant Workers Centre at the Hub. Get help with resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, and job searching in Victoria. Drop in Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 4:15pm. No appointment needed.
Study Spaces & Wi-Fi
Use the Hub's quiet study spaces with free Wi-Fi, tea, coffee, and snacks. A warm, welcoming place to study or meet other international students — no membership or booking required.
Events & Social Programs
The Hub runs a calendar of free events including networking, cultural activities, workshops, and social gatherings. A great way to make friends, explore Melbourne, and build your professional network.

International Student Travel Pass
Eligible international students can save over $1,000 on public transport with the International Student Travel Pass — a discounted Myki card for students studying in Victoria.

Homestay
